- Children 11 and under: 20% off the listed prices
- Stays of 10 nights or longer receive a 5% discount
- Stays longer than 2 weeks: 10% discount
- Stays longer than 3 weeks: 15% discount
- Stays over 1 month: 20% discount
- Stays over 2 months: 30% discount
PRICES INCLUDE:
- Pick-up and Drop-off from Hakuba Train Station or Happo Bus Terminal
- All you can eat breakfast
- Western-Style Beds
- Unlimited High speed Wi-Fi and Netflix
- 10% Consumption tax
- In house Shuttle to town between 5:00 and 7:00pm which includes the following destinations: International ATM, Convenience store, Hot-springs, Supermarket and The Wadano Gateway Entertainment precinct and Happo Village.

RESERVATIONS:
- All bookings require a 40% confirmation deposit
- Payment can be made into our Japanese bank account for those not residing in Japan can pay through PayPal or Transferwise
- Balance is due 30 daye before arrival
TERMS:
- A 5 night minium is required during Peak dates
- Bookings of 2 nights or less incur a 4,000 yen per room surcharge
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Within 30 days of reservation date - deposit is forfeited
- Over 30 days from reservation date - a Lodge credit is offered
